Rent-to-Own, Contract-for-Deed, and Lease Purchase Agreements

We are deeply familiar with the legal concepts surrounding rent-to-own, contract-for-deed, lease-purchase agreements, and seller-financing.

(Price range is a base estimate only and may vary widely.)

Rent-to-Own / Lease-Option Strategy & Risk Assessment$375

OPTIONAL: A focused first step to decide if you should use a rent-to-own, lease-option, contract-for-deed, or traditional seller financing at all. We review your goals, the property, any existing draft, and explain how Oklahoma courts are likely to treat the structure (eviction vs. foreclosure, equity, default, etc.), then recommend the safest path forward.

Review of Existing Rent-to-Own / Lease-Purchase / Contract-for-Deed$450 – $900+

We review your existing agreement (or one you’ve been asked to sign), flag the major risks (disguised mortgage issues, unfair default terms, equity and repair burdens, balloon traps), answer your questions, and suggest targeted changes. Simpler, shorter agreements usually fit in the $450 range; large, multi-document or heavily negotiated deals typically fall closer to $900+.

Custom Rent-to-Own / Lease-Purchase Structuring & Documents$750 – $1,500+

We help you choose the right structure (true lease + option, lease-purchase, contract-for-deed, or seller-financing), then draft the full document set—lease, option or purchase agreement, and any related addenda—so payments, credits, repairs, insurance, default, and exit scenarios are clearly defined and enforceable under Oklahoma law.

Dispute-Oriented Review & Enforcement / Defense$2,000+

When a rent-to-own or contract-for-deed has already gone sideways—default, eviction vs. foreclosure fight, equity or repair disputes, allegations of predatory terms—we handle the review, demand letters, negotiations, and, if needed, litigation under our hourly dispute-pricing structure with phase-based estimates.

Pricing is Variable

The above pricing table is intentionally over-simplified and may not reflect the actual dynamics of a legal matter. Additional requests for advice or services may arise. For this reason, pricing may be highly variable. Out-of-pocket costs (if any) are additional. If a legal matter becomes disputed at any point, fees transition to our Litigation Pricing Structure.

Obtain a Custom Fee Estimate

Generalized pricing is far less accurate than customized pricing. We need to discuss your situation and goal to formulate a more accurate initial fee estimate.
